I studied Fine Arts and graduated as an Illustrator in Barcelona.
After a few years of working as a children's book and freelance Illustrator, my career developed into tattooing.
It seemed like a very natural change as I was getting heavily tattooed myself. What was at first curiosity, became a very interesting full time job, although I never lost the love and drive to draw and printmaking on paper. Even more, as my tattooing career has taken more and more of my time, I've still managed to find time to carry on with my artwork.
For my illustrations and prints I like using collage. I draw using a Bic Biro most of the time because I love the texture I can achieve and how it translates onto the other different media I use, especially on Photopolymer because even using the softest of papers you can appreciate the grain of the paper in which the illustration was drawn in the first place.
As for the subject matter, I work with dreamy and surreal situations. I mix anatomical both human and animal with botanical drawings. I also like combining geometric patterns and organic elements, exploring the way they interact and merge together.
